Depends on the environmnet, I'd say. If you're at the sea take a dip, for example but by and large you won't find the same effects in natural environments as in city scapes. Forests give shade, the beach gives a constant wind from the sea and the cooling effects of the great body of water. And if you are not obliged to life a 'modern' lifestyle and can rest during the hottest times of the day and stay in the shade where the ventilation is good. And then you chill, have something nice to drink and take it slow.
