Ages ago... In fact, it was the last century (lol, 1995), I was sitting in the office, and looked at the building some 100 meters away. Nice sunny day. I got carried away with work. About one hour later, I had a strange feeling, something was wrong outside. I looked, and there was a snowfall so heavy I could not see at all that building which was still standing 100 meters away
Btw, it was middle of April.
Morale of the story... we are not yet safe from snowstorms

Yeah, that's why it's called April-weather. I still could do without snowstorms now...

April weather is always crazy over here too. Sunny one minute, snowstorm the next, then 10C and sunny, then freezing again, all within 24hrs. Had a big wind storm the other day with 90km/hr winds. There's a big bridge connecting 2 cities over part of the lake, and they were warning transport trucks not to go over the bridge with empty trailers because there was a risk of them being blown over!
I was crazy busy the last 3 weeks while Atokirina was back in the Netherlands. I flew up for the Easter long weekend to make sure she came back home to me.
Now it's on to our next project - 5 original zombie prosthetic makeup designs for a film due just 2 weeks from now!

You might think that you need more than 6 hours of sleep in two days .... and you would be so right

I am beginning to feel constantly tired too... It started about 4 months ago, not sure what the cause is, maybe my food intake, or something. Health check didn't reveal anything.

Hmm - well .... I never felt not tired (except maybe when I was really little and I can't remember that - at least not regarding sleep deprival).
So for me it's tired, really tired and should-actually-be-dead tried. Sometimes I wonder if other people could've lived as many years as I did and do what I did with the body and its issues that I have.

Elyris, what happened? general weakness or something far worse? How do you feel today?
Anyway, does anyone remember one of our members, young girl from Poland, she was undergoing some serious medical treatments for Leukemia. Did anyone hear from her recently? I need to dig out her ID and e-mail...
Edit: Ah, it is YoungGrace. I hope to get some response to my e-mail.

Hi all
Was she?
I suffered from obstipation for the last 4 weeks. Less and less could be discharded. So I went to my usual doc Wednesday last week, he conscripted something (I had tried plenty myself beforehand). Nothing happened. He already had scheduled me for colonoscopy next week at another docs. After nothing had happened I went again on Friday and he sent me to a specialist. That one got worried and gave something else to try over the weekend. I had to come back on Monday, so I did. As still nothing had happened he told me I should see the special specialists at the hospital. Got there at 1pm and waited for so long, got sent back and forth that only at 9:30 pm I got to my 'room'. At that point I had a small bun wiht butter and some tea at 8:30 am that morning. Got up at 6am next morning, no one told me what was planned so I had another half bun. Had to wait until 11:30am until a doctor finally came to see me. Oh .. I should've had that bun ... seriously? I had asked 3 of the nurses and no one knew anything. So I was told I would get something 'to drink' and were scheduled for colonoscopy next day. Had to drink 3l of really disgusting stuff to clean me up ... and of course it got rid of the opstipation. The day after that (that was yesterday) I got up at 6am again and had to drink another litre of that suff. No one knew exactly when the colo would take place. Suddenly I heard I had to go to MRT ASAP as they had a vacancy. Ok. About 2 hours later I had to go to sonogaphy (another one after I already had plenty of jelly ony my belly on Monday) just as sudden about 1,5 hours later. And just about 1:30pm I was called for the colonoscopy. 10 minutes to get ready. Well - got sedated and after I was ready I waited another 2 hours and went home.
Still not out of the woods as the myoma the gynecoloigst found about a month ago turned out to be a lot larger than anticipated (the largest about 11,5cm to 10cm). So I still have to see more doctors for that.
On top of that I have to write to the 'jobcenter' (the place for the uemployed to go and get some money in order to not starve) why I actually think that giving me 613 bucks a month when my rent is 345, my power and water 50 and phone, TV, internet another 25 to 30 a month. Insurancies are not in there as well as food. And I got a job interview next week, for which I have to prepare.
I am still a bit tired and my stomach needs to get back to digestion and is still a bit upset for basically 3 days wihtout food (I do not recommend that btw).
I dare to think your week so far was a bit more pleasant.
On another note: Moms internet (I am her place atm) is still acting up severely.

Boy- that was weird and awkward. I had a few job interviews in my life, but that one just took the cake.
