Guess who just got herself a long weekend? (Also guess who nearly passed out at work today and the coworkers had to drover her to the doctor ..... shame overload.)

blood iron at 4,3 - my doc said I should get a transfusion. Now I have to slowly explain to the other doctor who is said to do it ( and that I need to go to later the day) that I would like to go without that.

I didn't fade, that's the point. Getting infusions, sitting around doctors half of the day is kinda exhausting.

I know the reasons for what's going on and I'll tackle it. But for today I'll rest (why are treatment rooms always so cold? sitting around for 2 hours without being able ot move at 20°C and with an open window next to you surely isn't too comfortable).

No idea about temperatures... we have that discussion for our office too. 23°C while doing mere desk work is rather chilly too.

It was. No snow this year but the kind of cold that sneaks beneath even the warmest woolen outfit. Plus a really ugly wind.
Actually I feel as if I'm breeding something at the moment.

But of course we had a heated hut and I was sleeping in a warm, heated bedroom. No camping out there in that kind of weather.
