Depends, I'd say, on how much money you need to invest to get the business up and running. Building instruments shouldn't be too expensive - you need the wood, a workshop (could be your own basement) and a few tools, that's it. No complicated machinery or something and depending on how you wanna sell the stuff you might not even need to rent a shop, but instead go via internet. It could be even done beside a paid job that brings in the money until your business is up and flying.

You're spot on, Kiy! Here in Sweden you can start up a small business without that much to start on and you can get an allowance to help you in the beginning. I already have most tools that I need so Im good with that at least. All I need now is a place to put up my workshop, just a small shed somewhere without any fancy things in it, a garage or something. May also need an outdoor space as I need to build a big firewood oven for hardening wood.

As for the apartment , yes, we got lucky, big time!

Eh... If I am not too far south from you, I could offer you up to 500 square meters space for the workshop
