Good Morning!
And Happy (slightly belated) 10 Year Anniversary of the North American release of AVATAR! (Dec.18, 2009).
We spent most of the afternoon and evening watching the Q&A videos of cast & crew on Twitter at #Avatar10YearAnniverary and I had viewing #105 last weekend when we had friends over for an Avatar night who had never seen the film before. Got one more friend who has never seen it that we'll be having over during the Christmas holidays for a viewing. When it's someone's first time watching, I always find it hard to decide whether to show them the original 3D theatrical release (because it's just so much more awesome in 3D), or the 2D Collector's Edition with all of the extra important plot added in.

Morning
Two more days of work for this year....
@Nawm: there still people out there who haven't seen Avatar after all those years?

Even my kids know about Avatar. A lot of people know it as "a movie with some strange blue people" and that is all they know or care about. But, that's fine.
I guess I will let my kids watch avatar under my supervision some time in November 2020, in preparation for the cinema visit.

Wečč. I am bringing it to then bit by bit. They know about pollution and corporate greed already, to some extent at least.

'Morning.
My daughter (now 17 years old!) is looking forward to a theatrical re-release of Avatar before Avatar 2 so that she can finally experience it in the theater, as my kids were too young (7 and 5) to see it when it first came out!!
Now time to go home and get some sleep. Got lots of last minute Christmas shopping to do because for the last 2 weeks we've had that nasty cold comes back with a vengeance just when you thought it was going away. We haven't even had the time or energy to put up a Christmas tree this year.
And it looks like I'll have to check my Photobucket account to see if it still exists as my signature doesn't seem to be working any more.

'Morning.
Just popping in to say Merry Christmas before the holidays start, as this is my last day of work until Jan.2. Can't wait to finally have some time to relax.

Happy New Year everyone!!
Had a nice holiday of doing a whole lot of nothing, just watching movies and Netflix like ordinary folks. It felt a little weird sitting around doing nothing with no project deadlines to worry about. My Christmas gift was tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra last Monday (Toronto was the last stop of their 2019 tour). Wow! What an incredible show. I've never seen so many pyrotechnic effects indoors!

Happy birthday Xacoon. You're so young!
Flighter, you're so old!
