Afternoon
I enjoyed them by spending a lot of time neckdeep in warm water, letting the sun shine on my face.

Morning
The last days here were cold, windy and with near-constant rain. Today it's sunny (like really, not just a few minutes) for the first time this week.
@Kyi: Were you in a kind of spa (Therme) ?

Yepp, that's where I've been. It didn't work with a "real" vacation this year, but at least a few days of heading to a spa were possible.
Oh, and you sent your weather down south... today's the perfect weather to stay at home with hot tea. Cold, grey and rain.

A Spa sounds really nice. Most thing I've managed in my life was a Therme - and it's been years since then. What kind of spas do they have around you?
(I remember a girl who was a kind of intern a few years ago - 6 month guest research - who came from Baden-Württemberg. She told us about a big spa quite near to her where she uses to go with her - much much older - boyfriend. She was really praising it. So after a while I thought I might look it up - turned out to be a 'clotheless' spa where you have to be at least 16 to get into ... because everyone will be completely naked ..... wiht only 2 days a year where people actually wear swimwear and children are allowed.)

Huh - alright, the sauna area is actually clotheless, as in: No swimsuit but of course people wear bathrobes and towels wrapped around when they're not in one of the saunas there. And the outside jacuzzi can be used with or without. But there's also a big area with an in- and outdoor pool with jacuzzi areas, in the Summer a meadow area for sunbathing and such. And it's for families as well.

I didn't thought it was the same there. It just reminded me of that story and how weird I thought it was.
I don't know if I ever could run around naked. I really hate that feeling.

It's weird - I'm totally fine with it in a sauna area, but apart from that: No way.

Back from the vet.
Turned out she some really bad fistula-like abscesses. One was already open (the vet flsuhed it) and another - much larger one - will break open soon, which will lead to rather large openings and raw flesh. But he was very positive that as soon as the pus is out it will heal up fast enough. For now she's still under narcosis and is put on some antibiotics to help tackle the infection/inflammation and the fever.
Things were planned for today but oh well better this way around.

Thanks. We're not quite out of the woods yet (you know I'm a rather cautious and never optimistic person), but I surely can hope.
