Re: The ground level - in and out
Our stay at home order ended yesterday. Mother Nature then dumped 30 cm of snow on our city overnight as if to say "NOPE, you're not going anywhere today!"
At least we're equipped for it here, unlike those poor Texans who own a dozen assault rifles to be 'prepared for anything', and are panicking over a little dusting of snow, LOL

a little dusting of snow? i don't quite live in Texas, but out here, the snow we got was like a blizzard. maybe, by ur standards, an inconvenience, but to us, snow to us is like finding a fresh water lake in the Sahara. i didn't have running water for a few days, and when it got warm enough, i had to call a plumber to fix water lines. which sucked because i left the water on at a trickle, and it was the hot water line that blew.

Ha! Gotcha! I knew you were still lurking around!
Welcome back, Bogo! I hope things will go back to normal (or whatever counts as normal in Texas) soon!

Hey, Bogo... where in the USA are you, please remind me. I worked for a Denver-based IT company (from home) for the past 12 months (and before that, for one from Baltimore, MD. My ex-colleagues from Denver are telling me about the unknown number of feet of snow they have.

from denver, go south 620 miles along I-25. u will find me at the Texas and New Mexico state line between las cruces, NM and el paso, Tx. i can't speak for them in denver, but we had between 6 and 8 inches of snow, which for us is a glacier. denver probably had feet of snow.

Yes a good spring cleaning is overdue. I was just floating through the other day and got all tangled up in that big cobweb near the entrance. Took ages to get that off my tendrils. Luckily Nawm was around to help.

Good evening, everyone!
How is the weather at your place? Do you see any real signs of spring?

The spring bulbs are coming up here, so that's always a joy to see. The trees are trying their best, but need a little more time. I can't wait for them to be green again! Every time I'm out for a walk, I'm encouraging them with motivational talk "Come on guys, you can do it!! Grow those leaves! It's April, time to wake up!!"

Hello All, not gone or forgotten! Just seeking some overdue calm.
Wondering, does anyone here want some of my Avatar posters, and even the Toruk kite I got at the Cirque Du Soleil show years ago? Just can't keep it all,I have so much stuff, and basically giving these away for postage. I've got plenty other random things too! Hit me me up here or on FB.

Hellu!
Lurking around from time to time. Lots of personal trouble that needs to be sorted out, so can't be as active as I would like to be...

Might I also suggest to make a discord for Hometree as it might be easier to keep in contact? Could also have group chats and movie nights/days (depending where you live.)

Go ahead... my son is a discord freak, but I merely know it exists
Feel free to organize it and post the relevant info here so I will pass it to a separate topic and pin it.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Hi!! I've been getting my daily Avatar kick through the Pandora: Rising game, that's why I've been neglecting to check in with the other Avatar platforms. Sorry about that!
I didn't even used to like this game, too much battle focused. But once you get into it, once your warriors get a bit stronger and you have a good alliance to play with, it's a lot of fun. It's kinda like an Avatar themed Clash of the Clans. Pretty sure these kind of games are designed by Lucifer himself, that's how addicting they are.
If anyone is interested in seeing screenshots of the new and familiar faces of the warriors, or the new creatures, let me know and I'll post some. The artwork is amazing, and it's all canon apparently, so we'll probably see some of these characters in the sequels.
