Hi everyone! We're back from our little camping/glamping vacation in a Romani style caravan in the woods.
It was wonderful, you should see this place!!

Tell me more about Serbia! I've done some travelling in Western Europe, but never been to Eastern Europe. Is it nice living there?

Cost of living is relatively low. Safety is generally very good. There are things to see, but we could do more, a lot more, in that department. For example, a couple could live reasonably well with EUR 800 in a large city. Add a few EuR more and you could even travel around the place a bit.

Isn't it weird how you stop seeing the sights as soon as you stop being a tourist? I've lived in Canada for 8 years now, do you think I've seen much of the country? Nope. Made several trips abroad for vacations, though! Of course it doesn't help that winters here are so long and cold that you want to escape to someplace warmer, and summers are nice enough to enjoy at home.

The last weeks just have been incredibly busy at work. I've been alone the last few weeks (my coworker was on vacation, our third person retired this Summer) and have been literally working my rear off.
Now I'm on vacation and finally find some air to breathe.
